by Reinier F Joubert-Kriek, is a niche
law firm based in Centurion, Gauteng.
Reinier is an admitted and practising
Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer
with Right of Appearance in the
High Court of South Africa.
His practice is predominantly focused
on conveyancing, with about 95% of his
work devoted to this area of the law.
He has attended to a substantial number of residential-, commercial-, deceased estate-
and divorce transfers, as well as bond-
registrations and cancellations for FNB,
ABSA Bank, Nedbank and Standard Bank.
He has also attended to many other less
conventional conveyancing matters, such as
sectional title developments, rectification-, expropriation- and sale in execution transfers.
In addition to his conveyancing practice,
Reinier also practises in family law, selected
litigation and other general legal matters.
